I know a friend in Belgium who is charged by the amopunt of down load he is constantly frustrated by trying to purchase like prepaid phone card  down load usage...The main comment from him is his country is still in the dark ages.... Now what will be our excuse for being sent back to the dark ages ... maybe they should consult Belgium people on this new plan...lol</description>
