Hi, Mark,

That was quite informative, no eye-opening. I figured there was a money issue and the adherent stuff, but the feelings are never apparent in a general news item, via print or electronic media. I like the Katrina analogy--but sadly, even tho there was a late or non-response on the "red" gov's side, it was still mostly a natural disaster, and hard to avoid, and perhaps now, they've fixed the problem for future storms, etc., tho they have not yet fixed all the lives. But this mercenary grabbing by the powers that be, well, that sort of short-sightedness exists on every level of society and it's common name is "greed". However, the hard issue is way beyond even the loss of below the line jobs...it affects all the media viewers in this land and even the world, as we export film and other media abroad. It seems like a corporate octopus is eating away at the sensibililties of mankind, that which we have become accustomed to, i.e., movies and other popular media, e.g. videos. Perhaps a new era is emerging, but what do you do in the interim? As a sidebar: one of the "red meanies" meaning a leading Republican pres. candidate,
