My husband is a IATSE member for more then 20 years. Also I thank you for the kind words of concern as well. It was nice to hear such kindness after so much hardship we have had during the last few months. I would never ask for any community to help with my desperate situation. It is my job to figure that out, and besides there are many other people out there who probably need a community to help them more then I, But thank you so much for the thought (God bless them all) I only speak openly about my situation because I just really dislike people not knowing the truth from behind the scene... especially those general public people who blog and now nothing of the true devastation for so many...they see only what the news tells them and I have seen nothing about the people like me who are packing boxes and renting storage units, for goodness sakes I looked at a used tiny RV trailer to house my family in at a local RV camp ground today. We are possibly left with not other choice and my god the look on my children's faces when I showed them the possible near future for us to be prepared...The look on their faces will be engraved in my mind for the rest of my life... My wonderful husband is doing all he can to magically find funds and keep our lives going. All I keep thinking is how many people who will be just like my family or worst and I just wish that the wga and the amptp would just see fit to settle for a piece of the cake instead of the entire cake.
